Who we are

Cradle was founded in 1994 by the First Christian Church Sunday school class. These adults were eager to make a change for the families in our community Thirty one years later and we are still here and ready to serve our mission and help families in need.

Erin Manton, Executive Director

Erin first started at Cradle in March of 2023 as the Organizational Coordinator. In November of 2024 she became the Executive Director. In this role, she provides visionary leadership, guiding the organization’s mission of supporting families by meeting immediate needs and fostering long-term stability, dignity, and hope. Erin brings both professional expertise and personal dedication to the role. She works closely with the Board of Directors, staff, volunteers, and community partners to ensure that Cradle continues offering diapers, clothing, hygiene items, and other essential support to hundreds of families each year. Under her leadership, Cradle continues to grow in capacity, strengthen community partnerships, and pursue innovative programs that make a lasting impact on the families we serve.

Hailey McClain, Associate Director

Hailey first started at Cradle in July of 2023 as the Family Coordinator. In November of 2024 she was promoted to Associate Director. She provides vital support to the Executive Director, ensuring that our programs, services, and daily operations run smoothly and effectively. Hailey has a deep passion for serving families. She plays a key role in coordinating staff and volunteers, developing community partnerships, and overseeing program delivery that directly impacts the lives of parents and children we serve. With her dedication and collaborative leadership, Cradle continues to expand its capacity to meet the growing needs of our community while maintaining the compassion and personal connection that make our organization unique.
